***TUBERS WILL SHIP NOW (BEGINNING OF MARCH)***
Please do NOT purchase if you do not want your tubers to ship ASAP. I will ship on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays Priority USPS so the packages won't sit over the weekend.
Each listing is for one dahlia tuber. Tubers will be individually packaged, labeled by variety, and shipped in peat moss with insulated bubble wrap and paper padding. Thanks for looking!
I'm Adriana! I'm a stay-at-home-mom to three young kiddos, and wife to a shellfish and timber farmer. We live on Discovery Bay in beautiful Washington State. I've been growing dahlias for going on six years now, and it's become a real passion of mine. I love growing them, taking photos of them, learning more about them, and sharing them with others - flowers and tubers. Here's a little snippet about how I got sucked into the world of dahlias -
In 2021, I won an Instagram giveaway which included two dahlia tubers. I had a friend across the state who grew them, so I offered to ship them to her, as I had no idea what to do with these potato-looking things. She told me, "Just plant them, trust me." And there began the obsession. What started with two tubers, Doris Duke & Cafe au Lait, has now become hundreds of tubers and a designated flower garden in my yard. Growing these beautiful, unique flowers is exciting, challenging, and brings me so much joy. I sell my extras to help fund new varieties I want to grow, as well as make some cash for materials and maybe a small tractor someday. I'm never going to try to gauge people - just hoping to spread the flower love. My bucket list goal is to create & name a new dahlia variety someday. I've made some wonderful friendships through the flower community and can't wait to continue to do so. Thanks for looking! :)

Tubers are sold as single tubers. We will only ship viable, intact tubers with a body, neck, crown, and eye. Each tuber will be labeled, either by stamp or Sharpie.
*WE ARE SHIPPING TUBERS BEGINNING OF MARCH* Please do not purchase if you do not want your tubers to ship ASAP.
We will ship Mon-Weds so packages don't sit over the weekend. We will ship carefully with USPS in priority flat rate boxes. Tubers will be individually packaged and labeled by variety, and shipped in peat moss with insulated bubble wrap and paper padding.
We send tracking, and rely on USPS for safe delivery. We can't be responsible for packages lost in transit; however, most packages come with $100 insurance. Claims can be filed by the customer with USPS directly.
Please open & properly store your tubers immediately upon receipt. We require notification within three days if there are any problems with your order. After that, the plant's success is up to you & nature! We can't control your growing conditions, the weather, your treatment, or Mother Nature. If you claim receipt of a mislabeled tuber, we'll need to see the tuber and our stamp or writing to be sure it is from us. Everyone is human, but mistakes happen, and we've got little hands helping us along the way. We will work very hard to send the variety you purchase. In case of a mislabel, we'll refund you the amount for the tuber.
If we run out of a variety, or have storage failure, we will refund you for that variety and notify you. Numbers on our site are conservative, and we will try hard not to disappoint! Remember, tubers come in all shapes and sizes. The size of the tuber doesn't determine how well the plant will grow.
Dahlia stock in general is estimated to have a high percentage of virus. It is not feasible for us to virus test everything and keep tubers affordable. Also, virus testing is not an all-clear as virus is transmitted by bugs throughout the season. We sanitize between cutting plants, cull anything suspicious, and are very careful when dividing and cutting plants as to not contaminate. We use spray in the evening as needed, but only use organic treatments and sprays, as well as Sluggo. We have never had a case of gall in the garden.
No cancellations allowed since we are reserving tubers for you. Please make sure your address is correct on your order.
Important - there has been an influx of growers who are quick to take to socials if they have questions or concerns about tubers. PLEASE just come to us if you have any concerns, and not take to social media immediately. I inspect every single tuber that goes out. Tubers may be oddly shaped (they're roots of a plant that grow together). Sometimes they get a few wrinkles in storage, but are still absolutely viable.
Thank you so much for looking! Let's spread the flower joy!
