Tuber condition & photos

If your tubers arrived damaged or in poor condition, please send a photo of the tubers and the original packaging within 3 days of delivery. This helps us resolve your concern and improve our packing.

Local pickup

Pickup is available by appointment. Select Local Pickup at checkout and we'll email you when your order is ready — typically within 1–2 days of your order date. Reply to that email to arrange a pickup time.
